Ongoing ring won’t work. Can’t c live. History shows up yet u can’t access it. Reset ring over and over and router to no avail. What is wrong with this?

These have been working fine at ours and over the past few days have stopped and started intermittently , this clearly is a software issue

Do you have a good Wi-Fi signal at the ring device? Also are you connecting over 2.4ghz or 5ghz Wi-Fi? Ring devices work better in general on 2.4ghz due to longer range and wall penetration.
