Ring Video Doorbell
Ring wedge
Hello, I have a Ring doorbell and wanted to replace it with a new one. The current one is mounted on a wedge. The new doorbell was purchased during the Amazon prime sale. I thought it was a Ring 2 but it is a hybrid doorbell - HD camera, no diode requirement, but no replaceable battery, the screws to remove the doorbell come all the way out in order for it to be dismounted for charging unlike the original doorbell whose screws were captured in the unit and the hybrid mounting plate does not align with the holes in the wedge. I need a wedge that works with this very disappointing hybrid doorbell. The parts list doesn't identify which one(s) work in my situation.
