Ring video doorbell (2nd Gen) rings randomly

Many nights and sometimes during the day, my VIDEO DOORBELL 2 Gen, randomly rings (once) by itself. Obviously, no one is ringing the doorbell and camera does not register anyone at the door. Has that happened to anyone here? How did you fix it? This doorbell is about 3 years old.

Hi @user_6022c6. First, check the connections on the back of the doorbell and in your chime kit to ensure they are still tight. Next, look for any abnormal wear around your doorbell button. If there is, this could be the reason you are getting these "ghost dings".
