Ring Snooze is Useless Now

For years I was able to snooze the ring alerts and it would stop all alerts to my phone and on Alexa. This stopped working a month ago. Ring keeps sending alerts to my Alexa. Yes, my ring is updated Yes, my app is updated Yes, my alexa is updated. Your staff has no answers. When I have people working in the yard it was so simple now I have to turn off alerts, motion detection and motion alerts. I have multiple cameras too and I am about to toss it all.
