Ring Pro suddenly has no power after 4 years

Hi All,my ring doorbell pro is totally offline and there is no power. Its been in use for 4 years and It’s a hardwired version. I removed the doorbell to inspect if the wires (orange and white) is damaged but it looks fine. I now removed the doorbell and saw there is a micro USB port, where now I have connected this to my PlayStation and it powers on. I reconnected the doorbell at the front door but same issue no power again. Does this mean the breaker isn’t giving power to it through the adapterany suggestions I can do?thanks.
