Ring Pro doesn’t automatically go to Live View on Echos

I know this is a new feature, but I can’t get it to work. Doorbell works fine. Echo Shows display Live View when asked. Announcement and Live View selected on Alexa app. It just doesn’t work. When the bell is pressed, I just get an audio announcement on all the Echos with screens. Any suggestions?
