Ring Plan changing to new device how do i do it

Question

ive just uograded my ring doorbell. How do i go about changing the current plan to my new doorbell as the old doorbell will no longer be in use

Hi @user82377. You will need to cancel the Ring Protect Plan you have now, in which case you will receive a prorated refund of what you have not used of the plan. Then you will need to subscribe your new Doorbell to a plan.
