Ring not picking up Amazon deliveries

My ring camera sensitivity is up all the way. Aunt, yet it still didn't pick up the Amazon driver dropping off my package. It picks up everything else, but sometimes when Amazon comes it doesn't go off. Do they have devices that disrupt the ring camera from going off?? I really would love to know??

Hi @user_4d33ab. Various factors can impact motion detection. I'd recommend reviewing your Motion Zones to ensure they cover the common pathways that visitors and delivery drivers take. You may need to expand the Motion Zones, or add another one to help capture delivery drivers. They often move a lot more quickly than a regular visitor.
