Ring not connecting to wifi

I’m frustrated. My ring doorbell and cameras will not connect to my Wi-Fi. I have chime pro as well and it doesn’t seem to be working either. It’s asking to connect to Ring 9625EB which is not my Internet so I’m not sure what it’s trying to connect to. I tried to use the guest Internet and that didn’t work either. I’m still getting charged for the Ring premium plan even though I asked for support so therefore I’m paying for a premium plan without having ring doorbell. That’s pretty silly. I’ve asked them to cancel it and I’m still waiting.
