Ring is not sending a verification email after email change

I’m trying to move all my smart home devices to a new email address, but Ring isn’t sending a verification email after I updated my email. I receive all other emails from Ring, but not the verification one. I’ve marked XXXX@XXX.com as a trusted contact in Gmail. My Gmail account works fine, so the issue seems to be on Ring’s end. This is preventing me from accessing my cameras. I’ve successfully changed my email on all my other devices without any problems. Now, the Ring app is stuck on the “verify email” screen. The option to resend the verification email doesn’t work. I’m paying for a subscription that I can’t access, and I can’t unlink the Ring account from Amazon. This situation is really frustrating. When I spoke with Ring customer support, they told me to “contact Gmail’s IT department,” which is ridiculous. It’s just a regular Gmail account.
