I have a Ring Elite using power over ethernet. I am getting video and audio in the Ring app. I have the Ring app linked to my Amazon account so I can view the doorbell on my Amazon Echo Show. Unfortunately, this isn't working.If I ask Alexa to show me the doorbell, I get audio but no video. I also don't see video in the Alexa app - however, I see everything fine in the Ring app so I know the camera works.Help!Thanks!
