Ring doorbell wired stopped working

My video doorbell wired has been working well for 18 months but has suddenly stopped working. I have tested the power and there is good voltage. It seems to be related to the doorbell itself. The app says the transformer is fine too

Hi @Lando73. Can you specify the specific problem you're having? How has it stopped working? Are you able to Live View? What happens if you press the doorbell button? Thanks for this information.
