Ring doorbell sensor on the back of the device fell off

Ring doorbell sensor gen 1 on the back of the device fell off and now device will not charge wired.The doorbell suddenly fell off its mounting bracket and the 2 sensors on the back fell out. Looks like the prongs got damaged. I put them back in but they do not stay secure and the doorbell will not charge hardwired. All was well before it fell off. Are replacement sensors available?
