Ring Doorbell Push Button Light can not light up health check showing offline

Hello Team My Doobell Pro 2 showing offline after power outage. I have replace the transformer 16V 30VA. After pressing the front button of doorbell. I can hear the mechanic chime was ring ring. However. Ring doorbell app showing offline and no light show up at the doorbell. No matter I press’s the front or side button. Anyone know what’s might be the issue ?

Hi @user6389. I would first try disconnecting the Ring Pro from power for 10 minutes, then reconnect it. Next, press and hold the setup button for 20 seconds to perform a reset. This should prompt the Ring Pro to enter Setup Mode. Let me know if this helps!
