Ring Doorbell Pro, completely disconnects devices from network when button pressed
Looking for some guidance. I have a Ring Pro Doorbell on back door (front door as well and that is fine). Often when anyone presses the button on the back door to ring the doorbell all my Ring devices disconnect from network. I currently have two ring chimes that my Ring Pro's and a camera connect to. I have to reset all devices to get them back up and running beginning with the Chime devices.Transformer Voltage: Good, Signal RSSI-59, Chime Pro Network.Again, I have another Ring Pro Wired Doorbell on front door and no issues.I have seen other past posts similar with no resolution and am hoping there maybe one out there now.Your help is greatly appreciated.Nick

Caitlyn, Yes I have done complete reboots and resets to the network. I think it may have something to do with either the Doorbell Pro or Chime Network. We just upgraded our internet service (this was happening on our prior service as well) and it still happens. We now have exceptionally strong signal in the house and 1Gig Up and Down.I have Reset the Door Bell and Chime devices easily 12+ times over the last year. I have not called Support because it doesn't happen every time. Again, my front door pro doorbell works great and is on same Chime Network.Any suggestions?Nick

CI would suggest contacting our support team, as this isn't typical behavior. Ringing the Doorbell shouldn't have any bearing on the wifi connectivity of other devices. Our support team can look at things on the back end to see what could be causing this.

Hi, pressing the button on your Ring Doorbell shouldn't impact wifi connectivity in any capacity. Is your wifi network itself impacted in any way? Have you performed any troubleshooting steps on this Doorbell, such as a reboot or a reset?
