Hi @l3xust0y. This Help Center article [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000081206-Installing-your-Hardwired-Transformer-Kit) has a sample picture of what a doorbell transformer will look like and also has information on how to change it. Most doorbell transformers can be located in the attic, garage, or a closet in your home. If you need further assistance in locating your transformer and replacing it, we strongly recommend consulting a qualified electrician.
