Ring doorbell playback freezes

When I watch playback video on my Ring doorbell camera it freezes for several seconds in the middle and it doesn't show anything till the very end and by then the person is gone.

    Hi there, @TJCurts! Freeze frames in video are often caused by signal or connection interference. Our [Community post about RSSI](https://community.ring.com/t/how-it-works-your-ring-device-rssi-good-vs-poor/229) has some great tips on optimizing signal. Please also consider bandwidth and internet speeds. I recommend also ensuring there is no vpn enabled on your mobile device. I hope this helps! :)
