Ring Doorbell Performs Health Check at 3:00 AM!
Our ring doorbell device performs a health check at 3:00 a.m. every couple weeks. We contacted support to complain because the doorbell rings at 3:00 a.m. and wakes up the household. Support cited that the device was defective and sent us a new one which was installed on October 12th. This morning at 3:00 am the unit performed another health check and doorbell rang AGAIN! The app on my android states it occurred at 5:18 am which means the health check is set to EST... We live in MST! The time and frequency of health check is not optional! This is crazy... This feature needs to be editable where owners can set time of day the health check occurs. Also, the app should recognize my androids location and time zone. If i could I would disable this feature until Amazon programmers fix this feature! I'm sick and tired of being woken up in the middle of the morning!

Hi @user_105d87. The Doorbell shouldn't ring when a health check is performed, and the time zone for your device should be correct as long as your location is correct in the Ring app. Which model of Ring Doorbell is this? You can find the model name on the Device Health page in the Ring app. Is it the internal chime kit that's ringing, or the Ring Doorbell itself?
