Ring doorbell no sound

Question

When answering the ring doorbell, I can hear the mail man but he does not hear me. Seems like the speakers in the cam are off

If there is no audio or sounds coming out of the Doorbell when pressed and talking through the Live View, you may have a bad speaker.
