Ring doorbell flashing blue
Hello, I have a 2nd gen Ring doorbell that has been on the charger the past 2 days and it keeps flashing blue. I have changed the charging cable 3 times in hopes of it actually charging but hasn’t worked and still shows a 0%. I am wondering if anyone else has the same issue. Thanks.

Hi @user_986a9a. Try resetting your doorbell. You can do this by pressing and holding the setup button for 20 seconds. Once complete, reconnect to wifi.
