Ring doorbell does not ring

Question

When people press my doorbell, it does not make a sound.  Because of this, I missed an appointment today.  How can I get my Ring doorbell actually to ring?

Hi @dergans76. To get Ring alerts, you'll need to toggle this on in the Ring app. You can select your Doorbell and use the blue toggle to turn on Ring Alerts. I hope this helps.
