Ring Doorbell Bright White Light

Hi, asking for a neighbor, What does this light from my neighbor’s Ring Doorbell mean? Some nights it’s a white bright light while later on during the night it’s no longer showing any light. Other times no light shows at all. Unfortunately, I am not able to upload an image without the white light showing…so just picture the image below without the white light.
