Ring Doorbell and Alexa spot

Back in January of this year I was no lonager able to ask alexa to show me the front door when my Ring Doorbell 2 was pressed. I do not have live view set nor did I ever have it set.When I ask to see the front door Alexa replies "hmmm front door isn't responding". this is different than if I would ask it to dispaly the front door when the doorbell is idle - "Front door isn't responding, check the netwrok connection."Has something changed since January? Has anyone else had this issue?Any ideas?
