Ring doorbell 3, not working at all

Question

I have a Ring doorbell 3, a week a go i just shut down. I tried to charge the battery, the battery turned green but the doorbell is still not working. I bought a new battery, same issue, totally dead.

Hi @user_a5c69f. Make sure the fully charged battery is properly inserted into the Ring Doorbell, then hold down the setup button for 20 seconds to reset it. After the reset is complete, try walking through a new setup in the Ring app using the steps under Set Up a Device.
