Ring Door View Cam Only Capturing 80% Of Activity

Happy new customer to the ring community , however due to heavy amount of activity outside of my door the ring door view cam is only capturing approx 80% of all events, it seems to miss out on activity that happens within quick succession. I have a fully charged battery, a green rsi number and have set frequency of motion to the max yet still issue persists. Again it is more when there is multiple different activity within a very short time frame, maybe 2 minutes between events. Any advice?
