RIng door bell rings extreamly loud

Ring doorbell rings very loud outside, I have the app set to the lowest setting, and it still rings ridiculously loud. I have removed it from my front door because of so many complaints of the doorbell volume. When will u be fixing this major issue? I would like a refund of my monthly bill please.
