Ring Door bell install would not complete with my Asus Router - please help
Ring Door bell can see all my networks and after enter the wifi password and it turns blue and install fails. I also put it in DMZ still does not work. My wireless log shows that the door bell is authenticated and good signal strength.

Hi @shoguns, you may need to look into some settings that need to be adjusted on your router. Other than firewall settings that may need to be lowered, please reach out our Ring Help Center Article [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/205385394-The-Protocols-and-Ports-Used-by-Ring-Devices) to learn more about the ports and protocols that need to be opened to allow a Ring device to connect.
