Ring App not showing battery life
I have a ring doorbell and I’ve completed set up. However, the app does not show the battery life. I’ve followed instructions and gone to “power settings” next to battery level it just say “add battery” which then takes me to a web link! I’ve charged the device overnight. It does not make the segmented ring flash pattern that people describe when it’s charging. It just flashes blue 15 times and then nothing.  When I go to live view it says it can’t because the battery is too low Really frustrating as I’ve just opened this. Please advise :upside_down_face:

Hi @FreckleSpeckle. Which specific Doorbell model do you have? In the Device Health menu, what does the battery level indicate and what is the RSSI for this device? This information will help me determine the next best steps.
