Ring 4 - Motion Sensor

New Ring 4, went through and followed install video. Doorbell works fine but motion is not detected except very rarely. Moved Ring next to wireless router, set maximum sensitivity, motion frequency to Frequently, danced a jig and no detection. Went through all the troubleshooting suggestions: Ring alerts on, Motion detection on, Motion Alerts on, zones are defaulted, iPhone enabled for notifications but no motion detection or recordings. Removed device, re-added, same problem.Any suggestions?

    Hi @Deekers. One thing I'd suggest checking first is the [Modes](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360036107792-Control-All-your-Ring-Devices-with-Modes) settings as you'll want to make sure that you don't have motion detection and recording disabled unintentionally.
