Ring 3 not working at all no lights or anything

Hi my Ring 3 has stopped working. I have now replaced the battery and turned on and off the WiFi and still nothing! Tried troubleshooting and it just keeps coming back to charge battery? I have charged it overnight then still nothing No lights/flashing or anything at all? The App says that the battery is 30% with the old and new battery put in fully charged Just stopped recording Please help

Hi @JulieM60. If your Doorbell is unresponsive and you have fully charged the battery, try factory resetting it to see if it helps. To factory reset your Doorbell, press and hold the set-up button on it for 20–25 seconds. If you have tried this step and are still having the same concern, give our support team a call for further assistance.
