Ring 2 not ringing inside/charging
Hi I have the Ring 2 doorbell. I have it mechanically set up. My inside door chime does not ring when the Ring is rung. The chime rings when I connect to a regular doorbell but not when the Ring is hooked up. It also does not charge my battery, therefore I have to charge my battery every few months, what do I need to do
