My Ring 3 doorbell recently stopped working and I can’t figure out why. I originally thought it was the battery so I replaced it with a brand new ring battery. The doorbell still rings but the light won’t even come on the ring device. I tried resetting by holding down the reset button with a freshly charged new battery and nothing! Any suggestions?

Hi @user_77933c. Can you clarify which part of the Ring Doorbell is not working? You said it still rings when you press the button, but the LED doesn't light up. What do you see on the Device Health page in the Ring app? Are you able to activate the Live View?
