Replace mechanical doorbell with Ring / Installation ideas (Austria)

Can I do this myself (I have no problem rewiring wallsockets / fixed lights) or would I need an electrician?Any suggestions to installation of the doorbell? I thought that I would replace the 3-light-switch panel with a 2-light switch panel and use the space above it for the doorbell installation.
