Recordings freeze
hardwired-battery-video-doorbell

Does anyone else have problems with recordings freezing. I have really powerful WiFi and the bell is about 6ft away from the router. Everytime it records someone the video freezes

    Hi @007jimmy. What is the [RSSI](https://community.ring.com/t/how-it-works-your-ring-device-rssi-good-vs-poor/229) for this device? The RSSI can impact your video quality if it is too weak.
