Purple video during the day

Question

My video on my doorbell camera is now a shade of purple.  I've reset the unit and power cycled the unit with no success.  Is there anything else to try?

I have the same issue. Did you get a resolution?

Not yet.  Tried a hard reset and no luck.  I think my IR filter is stuck.
