Plastic lens fell off Ring 4

When receiving the doorbell over a year ago I mentioned to Amazon it looked like the little plastic lens was not on all the way around the edge. Well, I was right. Today it fell off and broke in pieces of which I took a pic of. I was wondering why the video was not clear. I guess it was because it was getting dirty “behind” the plastic cover over the camera as now it’s clear. But the first time it rains this camera it going to get wet and it’s done for. So much for Ring.
