Phone Number Shown in Car

Hi, I've recently purchased a Ring Doorbell 4, and I've noticed a few odd things: 1. When viewing Live View, on my Android phone Ring app, the volume control of the phone adjusts the volume, but as if it's a phone call - the phone call volume appears when adjusting, rather than the normal media volume. 2. If I access the Live View while in my car, my phone number is shown in the car, just like I'm in a phone call with myself. So strange. I've heard that turning off Bluetooth fixes this, but that's not ideal. Does anyone know what's going on, and if they're planning on 'fixing' this? Many thanks!
