Yesterday evening at 2012 a person approached my home but the recording only showed them walking away can you help me please to resolve this

    Hi @user63079. I was able to find this Community [post](https://community.ring.com/t/video-doorbell-2nd-gen-missing-beginning-of-recording/197082/2) where other neighbors had a similar concern. There is a marked solution with steps to try and what to do if those steps do not help.
