Outside Doorbell Sound Not Working

I have a battery powered ring doorbell 2 that I hardwired to my existing doorbell. The existing mechanical doorbell ring just fine, but there is no sound outside on the device when pressing the button. I have the volume on the app up all the way as well. I’m not sure what I’m missing. Appreciate any suggestions!

Hi @Cabbey. When adjusting the volume of the ringer for the Doorbell, make sure you're going to Device Settings > General Settings > Volume Settings. This is separate from the App Alert Tones under Notification settings. If you've changed the volume you there and still do not hear the ringer, try a reboot from the Device Health page.
