Hi @CacaHelp. Have you tried restarting your phone before attempting to reconnect your Doorbell? If not, I would suggest giving that a try. Additionally, you may also want to reset your Doorbell by holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. Once the reset is done, try to reconnect your Doorbell again and let me know how that works for you. :)
