Offline but WiFi is RSSI 50

Hi. Followed all the steps. Call the centre. The lady didn’t understand and was not helpful on the phone. My doorbell and router are 3 meters apart. My doorbell on my drive is over 15 meters away. The drive always has a RSSI of 70 but works perfectly well. Yet my doorbell, after years, suddenly goes off line and it’s only 3 meters away. Currently my front door says RSSI 50 but is offline. How can that be?

Hi @Niccod52. If your Doorbell is offline, the RSSI listed would be from when it was last connected to the internet. Have you tried following the steps to [reconnect](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034825092-How-to-Reconnect-Your-Video-Doorbell-or-Security-Camera-to-Wifi-or-Change-Your-Wifi-Network) your Doorbell to your wifi? If that doesn't work, do you see an error message in the Ring app when trying to reconnect?
