No sound live feed ring 3
I can’t hear any sound from anybody calling at my door they can hear me but I can’t hear them And on live cam as well no sound

We're having the exact same problem today. Wondering if Ring hav3 done a recent app update which has affected iOS users.I'm currently charging the battery to see if that makes any differences. Have you tried to reinstall app?
