No reaction when circle is pressed

Ring 2nd gen. v good wifi signal. Picks up motion no problem. There is no action when I press the circle. No call or notifications. It does however detect motion off the camera. I’ve factory reset twice now but problem still exists

Hi @Nichthewood. To clarify, when you ring your Doorbell, it does not register a ding event in the Ring App? If this is the case, and you don't see any clear physical damage or debris on the Doorbell button, I'd recommend reaching out to our support team so they can check the [warranty](https://ring.com/warranty) and determine if a replacement may be needed after all troubleshooting is exhausted.
