No pin to reset WiFi

Customer service won’t help if you don’t have your pin which is required to reconnect your WiFi. I was told I would have to uninstall my device if I didn’t keep the box with the pin. I uninstalled it and still couldn’t find it. Customer service told me it may have scratched off to then I asked, what do I do then, order a new one? They asked if I bought it directly with Ring and I said, no I bought it from Amazon. So, they told me to contact Amazon ..
