Ring doorbell will not show any motion can't see anything on the app everything seems to be in order but I'm not getting and records can't go live rang the doorbell and still couldn't see anything

For Live View concerns, you can check out our Community Post on the topic [here](https://community.ring.com/t/live-view-not-activating-and-connecting-troubleshooting-tips/249), which will have some basic information and troubleshooting tips for you. You'll also want to make sure that the Doorbell's [RSSI](https://community.ring.com/t/how-it-works-your-ring-device-rssi-good-vs-poor/229#M4) indicates a good connection to you home wifi network, as a poor connection could cause the Live View to not activate and for motion events to not be properly recorded.
