no numbers below QR code, Wont scan
hardwired-video-doorbell
my new doorbell pro, I cannot scan qr code. THere are no numbers below the qr code for me to manually enter. there are bar codes on box. which numbers do I use below the bar codes?

Hi @user_fe5ed7. You cannot use the numbers below the barcodes. If you cannot scan the QR code, you must enter the 5 digit pin below the QR code. Your code should also be on a slip of paper that came with your Doorbell. If yours is missing, give our support team a call for further assistance.
