I have just noticed that when I look at history on doorbell there is no video/picture, it’s only noise

If you have just a black screen with audio for your recordings, try the following steps: - [Reboot your Doorbell using the Ring app](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/7438395032980-How-to-Reboot-your-Ring-Doorbell-or-Security-Camera-from-the-Ring-App-). - Reboot your router by unplugging it from power for 10 seconds and plugging it back in. - [Verify your Doorbell has a good signal strength](https://community.ring.com/c/products/feature-request-board/24). - Disable any active VPNs.
