I am not receiving audible alerts on my mobile phone (Android), only vibrate. I selected audible in the app. All notifications settings appear to be correct. GoLive and connections to chimes etc are working fine.

Hi @user76033. Make sure the volume on your phone is not turned down, and check the notification volume specifically (if that’s an option on your phone).
