  Hi @willee51. If your Video Doorbell is facing a wall or other surface, the light reflecting off that surface will shine back into the Doorbell's view potentially preventing the night vision from enabling. If possible, you may need to angle the Doorbell away from the wall using a Wedge Kit.   I use the Ring lite bubs at night which may affect the camera! What I have had to do is cover the ring around the button, to get Night Vision to work!! A real bummer!!
