Night vision pitch black

Question

We have the wired video doorbell, and it is just pitch black during the night but works fine during the day. I thought this version has night vision mode.

Hi @user19281. Could you share a screenshot of what you are seeing at night? When you look at the Doorbell at night, do you see any LED lights active? You should be able to see red infrared lights that aid in the night vision of your Doorbell.
